Reframe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Reframe Partner Program website and dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you submit a partner application, we collect your name, email address, PayPal email, social media profile URL, and your responses to application questions including your personal relationship with alcohol. If you are accepted and complete onboarding, we also collect your W-9 tax information (legal name, address, and tax identification number) and your signed partner agreement including IP address and timestamp.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral link parameters used to attribute signups to the correct partner.
We use the information you provide to evaluate your application, operate your partner account, calculate and process commission payouts, and communicate with you about your account and the program.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the program: Stripe (referral tracking), Supabase (database and authentication), and PayPal (commission payouts). PayPal is required by law to issue a 1099-K to partners receiving over $600 in a calendar year and to report this to the IRS.
W-9 tax identification numbers are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the frontend after submission or shared with any party other than as required for tax compliance.
We retain account information for as long as you are an active partner and for seven years thereafter to comply with tax recordkeeping requirements. Application data for rejected applicants is retained for 12 months then deleted.
If you are a California resident, you have the right under CCPA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email partners@reframeapp.com to make a request. We will respond within 45 days.
